What you will need:
- 3D printer filament. I used a blue ABS filament but you are free to choose what you think would look best. I bet a translucent PLA filament would look cool!
2. Assorted Sandpaper
3. Night Lights (6 Colors to choose from).
4. Magnets
5. The 3D File. Just click on the blue colored “FREE SPIDERMAN .STL FILE” to download.
Now just print it, sand it, press the magnets into the back and affix it to the night light using two more magnets on the opposite side of the night light plastic. On my Airwolf 3D printer, I used an extruder temperature of 240 C, a bed temperature of 115 C and a resolution of .2 mm. I printed with the Spiderman logo flat on the build plate, and I did not use a raft or support material. For sanding I used 180 grit sandpaper. No sanding necessary if you purchase from Shapeways.
